  • The ceiling are low so to maximize height we left the ceiling unfinished and painted it black.

Here’s the basement before, back when we did the initial Reno. The sewer main broke from the inside & out. Yes, I said sewer. 

The client wanted to have have a true man cave complete with a separate ventilation system aka Cigar room, so we built in a wall.
